Accomodations
We have arranged for a block of rooms in the Hyatt Dules hotel. The rooms are
spacious and newly remodeled. Rooms come with either two double beds or one king-size
bed.
We have secured a rate of $89/night per room for Friday, May 23 & Saturday, May
24. This price is only guaranteed for the current block of rooms. We are able to block
off additional rooms. Should our rooms fill up or you have any questions, please contact

and we are happy to help.

request a room in the "Book-Goode Wedding Block."
Dress Code
Semi-Formal / Informal
A suit and tie is requested for men and a cocktail dress or similiar for women. "Black tie" attire is not required.

The wedding rehearsal and dinner will both take place in the Hyatt Dulles.
Saturday, May 24, 2008
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Ceremony, The Garden Terrace
In the event of bad weather the ceremony will be held in an in-door ballroom while the
cocktail area will be located in the lobby/atrium. Hope for good weather!
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Cocktail Hour, The Garden Terrace
Before retiring to the ballroom for the reception, guests are invited to enjoy
cocktails on the terrace.
5:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Reception, The Concorde Ballroom
After the cocktail hour, all guests and the wedding party will retire to the
Concorde Ballroom for dinner and dancing.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast, Elements Restaurant
For those guests who are staying in the Hyatt, you are invited to a "Morning-After Breakfast"
in the Elements Restaurant, located on the lobby level of the Hyatt.
Stop by, enjoy the breakfast buffet, and say "bon
voyage" to the bride & groom before leave for their honeymoon in St. Lucia.
